in kent

We are once again meeting in person. Please feel free to join us or watch the live stream.

WELCOME!

Emmanuel OPC is a congregation of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. Our worship, teaching, fellowship, and ministry are all subject to God’s Word, which is our highest authority, the only infallible rule of faith and life. We believe Reformed theology, as expressed in the Westminster Confession of Faith, which faithfully summarizes the teachings of the Bible. As such, we affirm justification by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Believing the Bible teaches that the church is to be ruled by elders, we also affirm the Presbyterian form of church government.

Our desire is to be used by God to give the hope of the Gospel to those who do not yet know Jesus Christ and to build up and strengthen in the faith those who do, that we, together with the saints throughout the world and across the ages, might be able to comprehend the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of God which surpasses knowledge (Ephesians 3:17-19). We invite you to join us in this glorious journey as we worship and serve our risen Savior and King!

Pastor Bill has been given permission to allow free access to his lectures on Christian Apologetics through the Greystone Theological Institute (GTI). The lectures were recorded in Spring 2017 for a course offered by the Institute. The lectures were designed to be a step higher than the course that Pastor Bill offers for MTIOPC and the course that he offered at Northwest Theological Seminary. If you are interested in listening to the lectures (you do not need to sign up to take the course for credit, or do the assignments). Please contact Pastor Bill for a free code to access the series. You can sign up for the lectures here: https://www.greystoneconnect.org/library/introduction-to-apologetics-in-theological-context-44159/89795/about/
